Unknown gunmen have invaded Kwayamawa village and abducted a businessman, Alhaji Shehu Aliyu in Dutse Local Government, Jigawa State. A resident said the incident occurred on Friday at about 2:30 am. He said the gunmen carrying dangerous weapons went to the house of the victim and took him away to an unknown destination after collecting the sum of N3 million. Police Spokesman, DSP Lawan Shiisu Adam confirmed the incident, efforts by the police were on to ensure the victim is rescued unharmed.
