Three passengers who were trapped inside a commercial bus were on Sunday burnt to death when the bus went up in flames at the Victoria Island area of Lagos State. It was gathered that the sad incident occurred on Sunday evening at Sandfill Bus Stop inward Ozumba Mbadiwe area of Victoria Island when the driver of the fully-loaded bus, who was coming from Lekki, lost control as a result of excessive speed, causing the bus to crash which also made it to go up in flames. According to officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), while some of the passengers were able to jump out of the bus before it went up in flames, three of them who were trapped inside were burnt to death.
