A 17-storey building under construction has just collapsed on Gerrard Road, Ikoyi in Lagos State. Scores are believed to be trapped under the rubble. The building is located just after the Onikoyi Road (old Turnbull Road junction. The owner of the structure maybe one of those trapped under the rubble.
