Adamawa State Police Command has confirmed attack on its operatives at Ngurore Police Station by gunmen suspected to be kidnappers. The Police Command said the gunmen also attacked a house in the area and abducted a woman identified as Hauwa Umaru and her daughter in the early hours of Sunday. Speaking on the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer in the State, Sulaiman Ngurore said the attackers stormed the station at about 2 a.m. on Sunday, but no casualty was recorded.
